Veal Marsala



2 lbs. veal cutlets, cut into bite size pieces


4 tablespoons sweet butter

1 tablespoon DaVinci Olive Oil (Buy it here)

1 clove garlic, quartered

pinch of rosemary

1/4 cup Reese Marsala Cooking Wine

salt and pepper to taste

2 teaspoons fresh parsley

1 4 oz. can of sliced mushrooms


Lightly flour veal. Brown in butter and oil, scrape pan to loosen bits. Add garlic, rosemary, cooking wine, salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Add parsley and mushrooms and heat an additional 10 minutes. Serves 6.
