Organic Gemini


1 organic egg from a pastured source

¼ cup TigerNut Oil (Buy it here)

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp sea salt


Blend all ingredients in an immersion blender until thick.
Store in jar in fridge.

Lasts for about 1 week

*Add 1-2 cloves of garlic to turn into aioli!

Avocado Edamame Dip



5 oz shelled edamame
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1 lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp Cilantro
2 Tbsp Organic Avocado Oil (Buy it here)
1 large avocado chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp of Sriracha chili sauce (optional)


Puree until smooth, refridgerate at least 1 hour before serving. Great as a dip or sandwich spread.
